Booking Instructions

To hire the Cairns Meeting Room, click on the relevant day in the calendar to set the Check-in and then click on the same day to check out (or a later day if you are hiring more than one day).

The daily rate for online bookings is $450 per day.

Hire of Cairns Meeting Room

Management requests that hirers make an effort to keep the room clean and tidy for other users.

It would be appreciated if the room is left as you found it at the commencement of the hire.

The Cairns Meeting Room MAY also be available for hourly and half day bookings. Rates:

Hourly Rate: $60
Half Day Rate: $250
